WebCitz started working with Decor Outdoor in 2021, after they reached out to our ecommerce development agency from the recommendation of BigCommerce. The project required a headless ecommerce implementation with BigCommerce, providing fast page load times, progressive web app functionality, and a clean design framework. The website was previous developed in Magento 2.x, which required extensive data migration for products, categories, customers, orders, discounts, and other entries. The website was ultimately developed with BigCommerce as the ecommerce backend, with Laravel providing an API interface to a Nuxt.js web application built entirely in JavaScript. The headless ecommerce development launched successfully, and we continue to be involved for routine website maintenance and support.
