About Yoga Elements

Since 2016, Yoga Elements has been providing clients in the Appleton area and Fox Valley with vinyasa yoga and alignment classes. The studio is a collaboration between Crystal Hill and Kathy Davis. Crystal, originally from Appleton, has a teaching background in power vinyasa yoga and previously owned the Appleton yoga studio, Pura Vida Yoga. Kathy has studied alignment yoga since 2007. With these complementary backgrounds, Crystal and Kathy have created a yoga studio that has a place for every level of experience and ability.
